Meanwhile  you should try to get job in some local organization to polish your skills, even in low salary. Work hard to learn new technologies,improve your skills daily and be active in community of your field.By the time you'll see that the oppertunities are increasing for you.You can work as a freelancer too but I think at entry level,joining a team is better.It teaches us alot in short time.

I have experience of many year in my field.\

i don't think it's easy to start without years of experience especially in the gulf area so u should start motivate your skills in your field and i see you know php and mysql so start in working in programming patterns like mvc it's widely needed.

after time, you will feel your improvement by receiving more expectations..
