What's there to consider when switching from working for a private company to an NGO? what NGOs in WASH field in Jordan would be the dream choice?

I am an Environment Engineer with3 years of managerial experience,5 years total experience, and considering to move on and work for an NGO that specialises in providing clean water / sanitation / environment-related services, I wish to have a job that has a mix of field and office tasks. Where do you think is the best place to start looking for a job that utilizes both my areas of expertise: Engineering AND Management?

Nothing much to consider, I think your interest to work for an NGO and your skill set are what matters.

The next step is for you to start learning the art of volunteering, selfless service as some NGO job openings may require someone with an experience with a nonprofit outfit which can be added advantage for you.

And if one is looking for a managerial position, a certificate course related in the nonprofit field can be of help.
