تستحق الضريبه على ما يجاوز خمسه الاف جنيها من مجموع صافى الدخل الذى يحققه الممول المقيم فى القطر المصرى خلال السنه الماليه من5000 الى20000 الف جنيه مصرى10% من20000 الى40000 الف جنيه مصرى15% من40000 فأكثر20%
