Stress – Take responsibilities which could be handled by you, which improves the skills of yourself and avoid negative attitude which may add more stress to you. Practicing a good communication skill may reduce the stress which helps to embedded with the subordinates an the high management

 

 

 

Time management – Schedule your day before you start work, and have some space to do amendments which could be added while working, and try to start things earlier, which invests more time into the schedule.

 

 

 

Managing people – understand the people who they are, learn their behavior and identify their skills and abilities through which they could be encouraged and developed their self. Approach with a positive mindset to them and be confident.

 

 

 

Multi task oriented – Identify the key elements of the each task, and find the own way of doing in a short time and easy mode, be organized and concentrate more.

Firstly we must know how not to be in pressure. In my company we focus on the following. VISION, MISSION and OBJECTIVES. As Mr GIHAN has highlighted, we manage the various task appropriately with sets of KPI. When in a pressure cooker situation, remain calm and bring your thoughts back to the3 items above, it'll bring you to focus and to put aside the 'noises' that's interfering and steer your way out of the problem. For example, if your are managing a Tuition centre, probably VISION-your Tuition would desire to be the centre of excellence that would provide high achievers. MISSON- To guide learners effectively and professionally. OBJECTIVES- you set the various Key Performance Indicators to achieve your MISSON. Along the way the students are failing and parents are making noises. Take the Vision, misson and objectives as your pathway. So to be effective we have to review our work practices and processes from both the teacher and learner perspective and ablities. Professionally, we engage and assure the parents in our commitment to develop the learners to be high achievers.
