In your career, what has been your greatest disappointment?

Well, I dont have any disappointments yet. :)

I am really happy and I accept everything that came my way with a deep gratitude.

I see there are a lot of people who are looking for job and were a victim of unfortunate situations. I suggest you have a look at my question about working abroad and share your experience because this is important!

  We dont need to stay disappointed and reinforce our own drama and pain, we need to learn and get over it and start fresh! 

MY GREATEST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE MANAGEMENT, THE COMPANY WHEN I AM APPLYING SEEMS TO BE PROMISING FROM RECRUITMENT TO HR BUT WHEN I STARTED WORKING ALL LIKE CRUMBLING BLOCKS WHAT I EXPECTED IS DIFFERENT FROM THE OUTER APPEARANCE OF THE COMPANY

My greatest disappointment is job becoming monotonous and you are not challenged and you are not aware where you are heading in your career.

I have had many disappointments, like most people, but I believe that we learn from all the experiences we have in life, and that the disappointments as well as the accomplishments make us stronger and better able to deal with many different situations.

My greatest dissapointment is that due to the recession I cannot find a job. I have a five years experience, I have evolved as a personality, I am more mature and down to earth than a decade ago but the situations in economy in my country have failed a lot of people, including me. One of the greatest miseries in life is when you are ready and eager to do something but for some reason you can't control, you aren't doing it. 

if the career hinder my ambitions and stop my  improvement

When I thought I can give more to organization but people over there thought that I am not capable enough :-/

if you could size and compare disappointments then you wasted seeking the closest opportunity that is driven to you.

never leverage your thoughts to be busy in a lower thing other than your goals/wishes.

For carrer starters it is as like the improper discharge of role or responsiblity which creates disatisfaction which leads to dis appointments as well to. 

But as we move to mid carrer or senior level the experience make thing easier to perform and satisfaction level raise as accordingly.

So I would like to say DISAPPOINTMENT IS THE OTHER SIDE OF IMPROPER WORKING

"WHEN EVERYBODY SEEMS TO ACT NORMAL INFRONT OF YOU,BUT TALKING BEHIND YOUR BACK"

in that sense i could never be NICE,.I AM THE PERSON THAT," WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET"

I SAY WHATS IN MY MIND AND HEART,,JUST "TRUTH"

and "TRUTH" does really "HURT"
