Register your complaint with the Bank; if still not ok, better to switch over to a better bank

This is the most simplest answer I've had to offer: Change the Bank. (smiles), I've mentioned before that Customer services are the backbones of any business (especially in a services industry). Focus should always be on building on-going relationships with customers.

Bad customer service is bad customer service! Is it our responsibility to report such unprofessionalism to the management? Or is it for management to ensure that they have the best of customer services which is one of the pillars of good management ?

There are so many other banks.

Report the issue online and also via complaint center if that aint workin simply change the Bank.

I would change my bank. There is no excuse in any business to have bad customer service . With good customer service the companies grow .. Word of mouth goes along way

If that is the case then First inform the concerned person regarding their service and if he doesn't respond to your query then its time to change your bank.

Bank is not represented by any individual ,it is an entity of a cummliative effort, cummiliative work force hence bad customer service can not provided by bank it imay  be by an individual however bad customer service should have zero tolerance ,to upgrade customer service one sholud have patience, docile approach & should be empathatic

If you are unhappy with the service provided, and it has happenned more than once then write a mail to the MD CEO's office. Often a mail to him/her would be read by his PS, and then the issue would be escalated downwards, with a time period for resolution. If matters get resolved, it means there is someone listening to your grievances. if there is no resolution...change the bank.

I will talk to the bank authorities and if the talk does yield positive results, fair and fine.If however it gives no positive way forward,l will pack my bags for another financial institution offering better conditions and retains.
