The answer I gave to a previous question was one of them, camping out under the stars in Jordan's Wadi Rhum. Water skiing on the Nile at Khartoum, having a "fuddle" (apologies for the spelling) in an Oasis near Salalah, playing golf in Kenya are some of the memorable things I have been lucky enough to do.
