Ecosystems are natural systems which we try to understand in order to learn from. Supply chain management theory is a by product of learning the value of the integration and cooperation in the ecosystems studied so far.
In fact ecosystem view could be along with Supply chain. Business ecosystems is introduced by Moor,1994 . in this theory all the organizations try to define their visions and strategies in according to benefits of all ecosystem members. because they think their life is depended to other members life. and exactly it could be same as natural ecosystems.
this theory has similarities with SCM but it is more comprehensive.
