What is the best way to write a job description ?

we often write our own cv ..and the most important thing employers are looking for is the answer to this question : why should i hire you and how are you usful ? .the answer can be found in the job description part of the cv .so how can we get hired more easily by using the right words ?

  1. Define the position.
  2. List the required skills and qualifications.
  3. Include contact information.

Method2 of3: Describing Your Company

  1. Encapsulate the company's mission.
  2. Convey a sense of the company's personality.
  3. Include important company details.

Method3 of3: Including Optional Details

  1. List the salary and benefits.
  2. Include instructions for resume and cover letter formatting.
  3. Give an application deadline.

I am totally agree with Mr. Sayyid Jamolkhon al-Orifkhoja, he has described in detail about the question raised in.

To write proper JD to be used inside the company only  "Not to be posted as a vacancy ".

 You should mentioned two main points 

 

1- KPA “Key Performance Areas” or Accountabilities required for this particular job.

2- Competencies required fulfilling such of this position.

 While Mr, Sayyid Jamolkhon al-Orifkhoja  Answer will suite better for JD To be used as Vacancy post
