Is graduation Really Important. Even If I have experience and skills require to work. I did study but didn't attend College to get the certificate?

Based on my own experience, knowledge is important, however not having a degree certificate should'nt stop employer to open the opportunities to those undergraduate. Skills, experience are giving a big factor for an individual's success, it shows determination, strategic skills and being smart that surely contributes to a company's growth.
