In the United Kingdom, according the Disability Act, employers are not allowed to discriminate against someone because they have a disability. People may have disability, but that should not stop a person from working if they can be productive to society and a lot of disabled people have showed that they ca.

The obstacles they face is not as a result of their disability, but rather they encounter these from people who are not understanding to their needs to be inclusive.

So back to the question on the best tool in recruiting candidates with disabilities, from my experience employers can make reasonable adjustments which should make it easier for those who are disabled to apply for jobs. In the UK it is the2 ticks to show they support these groups of people. My other suggestion is first and foremost to work with disability groups or organisations who can better support you with what they feel is appropriate if this is something your organisation is keen to do.
