As organizations are greatly dependent upon leadership, this is an excellent developmental question. I believe there are born leaders, but that doesn't make them good people. Born with it or not, every parent should strive to raise their children to make independent and good decisions, strive to help others, especially in the face of adversity, step up to a challenge rather than run away from one, and be a contributing member of their group or organization, to the point where others show a belief and confidence in the child's words and deeds, whether that child is9 or90. Teach your children about duty, discipline responsibility, and teamwork, and they will have a great chance to be viewed as leaders. Born or made, leadership potential is a function of others' views of your character and qualities.

Simply put, if you raise your child right, they have a better chance at being a good leader. This is the greatest gift one can give a child, whether that child was born with it or not. One caution, I hinted initially, there is a difference between a 'good' leader and just a 'leader'. A child born with that potential, but not having adequate nurturing, could become a bad person, or even an evil leader.

I believe that true leaders are born, it is part of their DNA. You can teach children to lead but would they be able, in the future, to do it instinctively? I don't think so, to put it simply I would say that born leaders act instinctively and others are programmed to lead.

No doubt some children are leaders by birth but it doesn't mean that the others can't bacome leaders. I always encourage my students to aim high in their life and devise a plan to struggle for its achievement. It will definitely make you land in the iseland of your dreams or close to it.

Actually, proper counselling to the students for selection of a right path is inclusive to the duties of a teacher ethically and morally.
