No accountability in the gulf, monopolies are there on international level. One specific nation captured Human Resources in the Gulf and they are openly hypocrite now. I have seen on the websites on the news papers openly mentioned that requirement for so & so post but only _ nationality is acceptable. Even we know that what thay are snatching right of other nationalities professional if they will submit their resume for good post C.V will go directly in the dustbin. Is this not crime Where’s now so called human rights organizational or Government machinery, nobody can see now this is commercial crime specially in Kuwait. Everybody aware about it but nobody can speak. Bull shit

I think you have some specific things in your mind and specially in Kuwait.
However if some one wants to recruit for some posts special for their own nationals (Local) or some special nationalities as per their requirements, in this case I dont think any crime in this. and if you have some specific thing in your mind which is unable to understand to me.

Every nation of the world is a sovereign nation and it has to full right to employ its own nations first and only if its nationals are not available in a particular field, then and then only should professionals from other countries be invited for the post. There is noting wrong in the practice which is now belatedly being followed in a number of Gulf Countries.

If these kind of things are happening unfortunaltely, we can not stop them. It is upto the recruiters to whom they recruiting they are simply not answerable to anyone.

It cannot be a crime that looking for their own nationals to recruit and if there is a shortage of human resources they can look for other nationals to employ for that particular skills and requirements. so that cannot be termed as crime. Surely the state will have to look after their nationals employment first and can look outside only when there is a shortage of human resources required. My 2 cents. Thanks.
