Should there be a break between jobs if your economic situation allows? If so, what is a "healthy" duration for this?

From my views there should not be any break between your jobs for economic situation reason because when you are sitting in interview it might give negitive thoughts about your personality to recuriter. Healthy break between your jobs should be for any further studies or courses which would be plus point whenyou are sitting for interview and secondly for any family crisis or probelm but the duration for the break should be justified.

There is nothing wrong with taking a break between2 jobs.

If some one is expert & Professional he donot require any break during Jobs, but Break during Jobs is healthy if it is taken to Up grade & Enhance the Professional Skills.
