What's the difference between electrical testing and electrical safety?

The difference of the two:1.
Electrical testing could be defined to evaluate the condition of an electrical equipment or to assure that there is voltage (supply) present or not, say an outlet by using a multitester and select voltage.2.
Electrical testing is also defined as verifying the operation and function of equipment as rated.3.
Electrical Safety on the other hand deals with awareness and consciousness the hazards of electricity.
This focus on safety practices, proper procedures in energizing equipments such as motors,transformers, switchgears,etc..and having knowledge of Electrical is a must also.

Electrical Testing can be regarded as the precautionary procedure or method necessary to be done as in maintenance and commissioning to be able to have assurance of a sure safety equipment to operate.

Electrical Safety is the awareness or being aware that testing is required, electrical devices required to interrupt operation during unsafe electrical values or parameters attained like breakers & fuses, procedures and systems to follow like circuit coordination methods, & moreover earthing of equipments.

if you differentiate about electrical testing and electrical safety there is more different coz electrical testing is to use an device to check and test the electrical source and electrical safety is to prevent the the electrical failure .....
