Generally, Companies Acts speak of Directors and Managers .Are these terms denote one and the same role as per the Acts?

No Never the same role as per the Act...generally company act speack up directors after that manager...

but the one sentence is companies act  speak  of ditectors and managers..

Yes it less by chance but never these  term donate one as the same role as per the acts...
