In large team the chances of indicipline is high & higher number of back benchers , leader has to pay more attention on these issues by inducing competition of performance for the sake of reward, this will eradicate herd mentality which is associated with large team. This way every member will try to enhance his performance to get reward, acceptance, visibility and prominence, to manage large team inducing competition for sake of promotion or reward is important to wardoff herd mentallity and stop copying other members and be concerned of his own individual performance.
