British English as we have been taught by an English teachers at school.

Though English is Britain language, but the American ascent is a bit easier both in its pronunciation and spelling, so most of the people go for easier.

Britsh English ,because we study by Britsh teachers

Being English and living in England I think you have my answer!! What I have noticed over the years and completely different from when I was at school is that there is now an acceptance for American spelling in English schools. This may be due to the fact that the Americans tend to spell as the word sounds, which is commonsense but is taking me time to get used to!!!
