There is no perfect way to rationalize with a student regarding behavior. Every child is different when it comes to learning and being reprimanded. However, the best way to get a student to act properly and set examples for others is to involve a reward system. You can hand out tickets that students can collect and at end of month earn a reward. This is the most common method used in the united states and I am sure this will work here in KSA. You can assign teams for the students to engage in group activities, this will bring students together. In my honest opinion, a reward system would be the best way to implement and get students to try harder also curbing behavior issues.

I'm with you because the reward system in itself is to stimulate and sensitize the child as worthy of nice things to make him feel that it's a good self-confidence and frame it in a positive way
