I would Choose Buffet Service as I would need the wait staff only for clearing the soiled plates and napkins

I supervise them by myself train them for fast tasks ..and ask the supervisor to guide them ..I can t keep them only for easy tasks they should learn May be they can do in the begining cleaning service , carrying food , how to put chef n dish....
