Oral work should take more time as concentration is on fluency not structure and form .structure and form are important for upper intermediate or advanced.

Most teachers in Arab area concentrate only on written work ,we can't deny that it is very important but we neglect the oral side which is very important for communication and conversation ,you as a teacher can find a very good student and he gets a full mark but written only, if it comes to oral you wil not be satisfied as a teacher ,some student can't even pronounce the word well ,that is why most companies when they want to employe new ones they concentrate on written and spoken English.

So there is a must for us all as teachers to give a good portion may be the big portion for oral,it will be good if you as a teacher make the students run the lesson and the teacher directs . thanks a lot.
