Dear Manisha,

Better training for the brain to make better decisions and more effective is by postponing the making of a decision by a fraction of a second can dramatically improve outcomes... Can you beleive that 50 to100 millisecond delay enables the brain to make better decisions in the heat of the moment.

Response accuracy can be improved by prolonging the decision-making process, which gives the brain time to collect more information.

In making decisions, the brain integrates many small pieces of potentially contradictory sensory information, so you must Think first before taking the descision.

Regards,

The key thing is to make sure that we have a  growth mindset, rather than a fixed mindset;  When you have a fixed mindset, you believe you can’t go beyond where you are and that you’ve learned and developed as much as you can.
