Which is better to work in the Middle East, projects engineering or products engineering?

My opinion the best is products engineering, many people can work in projects but not that much work in product engineering,

Working as project engineer/manager is the best in gulf area.
It will give the opportunity to promote quickly and frankly speaking to earn more money.

Project Engineering depends on ongoing projects which seem to be plenty presently but if you are looking forward to settle down here, product engineering is better choice from long term perspective.
