I remember doing a consultancy for one business owner who is totally uneducated and it is one and will remain one of my most frustrating working experience.
I wonder how many are forced to work with an illeterate person. Literate people are obliged, thankful and humble for this great opportunity of being educated compared to many others who could not get that opportunity and who live in very large numbers in this world.
