Dear Shereen,

According to my openion it depends on company's manpower skills if  caompny have competent and well versed professionals for the specific training needs then its better and cost efficient to arrange sessions timely with in company and save outsourcing charges.

Recently I had concluded this exercise for our head office based employees and this activity is being concluded with the help of intern who are specialized in HR. I draft the internship plan which comprise of TNA, methodology, compilation of findings and then we form various groups for trainings and did arrange few sessions.

The reason being conducted this by in-house is due to better understanding of organizations, its employees and process. We thoroughly know the in & out and employees behavior too and such information is new to out-source individuals.

Do plan in-house, you may take the help of volunteer or fresh candidates but under the supervision of senior HR professional. After all this is the matter of future investment of organization.
