How to manage raw materials for industry? it means this is production industry. We should keep always maintain the minimum stock level to run the production in continuation. Maintain the consumption chart and see the consumption level v/s production. accordingly order the raw materials in advance and keep always available in stock. Analyze the inventory by ABC method “google, it you will get a lot of result about ABC method”. Fix a minimum stock or buffer stock level for each item; let your store keeper keep on track of what is the stock level of each item by daily cycle counting, once the items reaching minimum stock level need to be refilled. When you fix the minimum stock level consider the lead time of each item as well. If your inventory is large just consider the cycle counting of only the item  which is issued previous day
