Enable secret password is encrypted with MD5 while enable password is not encrypted

enable secret: the password will be in an encrypted format.

enable password: password wil b in a text format

Enable Secret: it will encrypt the password.

Enable Password: it will create an unencrypted password which is in clear text format.
