How to calculate heat dissipation from the kitchen appliances? when you didn't have any catalogs from supplier by know only electrical POWER?

There are some appliances in ASHRAE FUNDAMENTALS for typical kitchen and many other applications. You can select from that.

If you need to be more careful then coordinate about the electrical points available for kitchen from electrical design people and you can reconfirm about the load you are considering

Take the higher between the two one you got from ASHRAE and one from Electrical Engineer

Consider (Electrical Wattage x3.41) if the manufacturer hasnt provided the heat dissipation by the equipment. The answer will be in BTU/hr.
