In the world of IT, what is the title that groups: 1- COBIT 2- ITIL?

i will not go into definition and details-

These two comes under IT Governance Frameworks.

COBIT and ITIL are best practies in the field of information technology, these frameworks are used to help organizations in acheiving IT governance by  defining and aligning business goals with IT goals and IT processes to acheive the overall business objectives.

These two frameworks in addition to other standards and best practices ( i.e  as COSO, ITIL, ISO27000,CMMI, TOGA, PMBOK) were consolidated in COBIT5 .

Information and technology (IT) governance (a subset discipline of corporate governance) focuses IT and its performance and risk management. This is exactly the aim of ITIL and COBIT.

COBIT-Control objectives for Information and Technology:- is a framework created by ISACA for information technology(IT) management and IT governance.

ITIL-Information Technology and Infrastructure library:-ITIL is the most widely accepted best practise approach to IT service management.

ITIL-IT Infrastructure library:-ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world which provides a cohesive set of best practice guidance drawn from public and private sectors.

COBIT-Control objectives for Information and related technology:- is a framework created by ISACA for information technology(IT) management and IT governance. It is a supporting toolset that allows managers to bridge the gap between control requirements, technical issues and business risks.
