Well , it depends on the ergency for overtime and my type of job. I mean if my job is a mental or dangrious I should not accept unless I am fresh enough to perform it .
No Doubts. ACCEPT! it's a TEAMWORK as you say and you are part of the team. The feeling of tiredness is normal to everyone especially when you are working, besides it is not only you that is tired of working, everybody else but it is your job and you have to do it no matter what.
Go back to the time when you were interviewed and when you were asked by the Hr and employer "ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME?" and the you answered enthusiastically. YES!!
