YII , Codeigniter , Symphony
Yii is highly demanded nowadays , Codeigniter : Goes down , Symphony : have great community
I've seen recently that developers are going away from Zend as there is more efficient and easier frameworks like Yii, Symohony and CakePHP are highly demanded even by new job postings.
Laravel4 on my end...but any framework will do as long as it accomplish what your goals are in web projects. But always keep in mind the support, user base and long term roadmap of the framework you'll be using.
