Exactly there is no best PLC. depending on what is your application what do you need to accomplish you choose your PLC based on that.

Personally worked with Siemens logo, Step7, Micro control systems ( programming for chillers) and Siemens climatix OEM. i have found for my application Climatix is the best for me. because i can use digital ins and outs and analog on the same port (universal). which cost a lot less and debugging easier.

I'm working on Siemens Step7 PLC so I would Preffer Siemens is the Best.
