We cannot predict the stress of tomorrow/future. instead we must learn to handle the things that are affecting us today. keep in mind that a little stress is good, it keeps you motivated and on your toes

Only little stress is good anything extra to it adds to frustration. There are more inovative ways to handle a stress then stress ball or office pet ie fish.
