Teacher-Student relationship is a must in order for conducive learning to begin. How do you improve it? By taking in to account that the center of the educative process is not the teacher nor the subject matter but the learner themselves. Knowing this will allow you to focus on individual student and address their needs for better learning. Some students like to get recognition for their work then let them share their thoughts on the subject matter. Other student wants to be left alone in a corner then sit with them while discussing the lesson. Make it abundantly clear that they are important and that its their voice that counts the most.

What we express in every moment as people is as important as the explicit content of our classes. The view of the world and of others is important as a facilitator or complicating relationships that are established with those who want to learn from us. If you like to learn, we facilitate the desire of others to learn. If we show a confident and balanced view of life, we facilitate in the other how to deal with their problems, we show that it is possible to advance in the midst of difficulties. .
