You have better Chances to win Job in UAE as Team Lead, ERP trainer, ERP sales, customer support.
As a developer UAE is a competitive Market.
Investor like to pay50,000 -150,000 PKR/INR in India and Pakistan, beside paying5000 -12,000 AED (Plus visa & other benefits) in UAE.
