What is the best program to Photoshop? I think it could be Photoshop

depends on what specialty are you looking for if its graphic and logo design , you might find Adobe Illustrator much more appealing if its General Photo editing and Architectural applications , Adobe Photoshop will do the trick and as for Photography applications , and editing shots , many people prefer Adobe LightRoom for that
