Once I asked one of my newly appointed young female teacher about the difference in the marks she gave to two different students for the same answer. I was amazed by her quick and confident answer. She said yes! I gave more marks to one than the other despite their same answers. Reason is that one wrote the answer independently but the other wrote it after getting a hint from me.
This was her confidence that made be satisfied and I praised her eye on detail.
