Physical fitness is a state of good health and well-being of an individual which we can acheive through:

 

  • Living a Healthy living style and avoid stress
  • Control ing your weight through healthy diet and regular excercise.
  • Keeping mental health and mood
  • Trying think positevely- Negative thinking creates unnecessary mental stress
  • Try make your career goals stretched but realistic and acheivable

To overcome day to day activities without any problems is called fitness If one is doing without any stress in his daily activities is called fit person By doing exercise , changing life style and eating right food at right time will lead to a fit person What one eating , life style, his physical activity levels and his social well-being All will effect on one's fitness levels
