There's no specific book for this, but if you want to learn Electrical Control System I would advise you to read this books Respectively:
1- Power Electronics
2- Measurments and Transducers
3- Modern Control Systems
4- Electrical Motor Drive
5- Process Control Instrumentation Technology
6- Any Books About Microcontroller and Microprocessors
7- Any Books About PLC Systems and VLC Systems

I was comfortable with Power Electronics: Circuits, Devices, and Application by Rashid.
However, for better understanding I suggest you to simulate what do read through MATLAB (SIMPOWER).
It is really helpful and allow you to apply different controllers on your application.
