The difference between the two is the same as Ex and Cum dividend price

 

Cum interest price :

It means the interest price included in the principal amount

 

Ex interest price:

It means the interest price will not include in principal amount

Cum intrest price .

if the intrest accrued from the last due date of intrest to the dat of transation is included in the price quoted

Cum intrest price = payment of (principal protion  + intrest accured) 

Ex intrest Price.

f the intrest accrued from the last due date of intrest to the dat of transation is not  included in the price quoted

Cum intrest price = payment of (principal protion only )
