i believe more profits or money comes with suitable improvements and  better sallaries come with better qualifications and experience.

business owners will invest in improvements that add value thus add profits.

staff will get more qualifications, certifications and better education in it adds value to their careers and benefits.

i believe you should sell your improvements and show business owners how they can improve processes and add value while contributing to increased profits.

and as an employer you should show staff how improvements in their qualification and performance will add value to their careers and sallaries.

Both parties needs are mutually dependent on each other. For owners to make money, they need trained motivated staff and for the staff to earn thier sough benefits, they need owners satisfied by te profits they are making. It is a win-win relationship. If one party looses, they both do.
