What Is The Best program for 3D Carving and Easy to use !

BobCAD-CAM is the most powerful and simple CAD/CAM software.
it allows you in a simple way to draw3D and generate a G-code for CNC carving.

The two easier software for carving either from AutoCAD or Picture files are ArtCAM and Aspire for AlphaCAM.
However it depends also on the CNC machine you have.

Since it's carving, then try "Aspire" , they have many modules and some costas low as100$ . 

By the way, Aspire is an Artcam sibling but ArtCAM is more popular, I even once ran into a version in Arabic (pirated one unfortunately). Both tools target users on the scale of routers/ sign making / artistic works..etc. This means, there are many out there who know how to use them and this creates better opportunities/cooperation/ bigger clientel... etc . Another thing worth to mention, the creators of Aspire are the very same ones who created ArtCAM!

If you mean in3d world" inside the computer, not for real models" for me, of course the best3ds Max.
It's called: "Boolean"

surfcam it is the best for CNC and MTS

If you are into opensource i advise using Blender it's an opensource CAD software almost like3dMax but with the support of many programmers just like Linux. you can use it for game design (it has it's own game engine) sculpting,3d printing and many other things. and it's free :)
