The answere is:

Command :rotate .......enter ( Klick Object)....enter,,,(Scroll cursor) ...phus left button on mouse ...Phil snap...and than phase button....( write degrees to rotate...? ) and enter ...finish

Click the3D Rotate tool in the Home tab’s Modify panel. You can also enter 3drotate
