  1. On the eclipse toolbar, select Window →  Preferences
  2. Set the font size (General → Appearance → Colors and Fonts → Java Editor text font).
  3. Save the preferences.

You can change it directly through the preferences section of eclipse. If you want to change the overall appearance, you can download color themes from
