What is the difference between IT management and IT governance?

IT management is a Technical business to business trade

IT government is a State Technical Zbt used for the completion of legal proceedings

IT management is to manage (plan, control, coach, execute, monitor performance, etc.) IT. IT governance is to control IT usage.

First of all letus deffrentiate between the two terms ( Management & Governance):

Management related to the creation of operating decisions, While Governance is reated to the creation of a setting in which others can manage effectivel

IT management is focused on the effective and efficient internal supply of IT services and products and the management of present IT operations. While IT governance, in turn, is much broader and concentrates on performing and transforming IT to meet present and future demands of the business (internal focus) and business customers (external focus).

IT managment can only be based on IT governance by the director whom should have enough experinence to know how to deliver governance to creating policy to match the needs of the sensitivity of the DATA security.

IT governance is to control IT usage (to make sure that it follows and conform to the company policies).
