Being overqualified and beyond middle age, how can you make it through the filter system and convince potential employers to consider your CV?

Conceptually, being overqualified means the your more likely to be beyond middle age and you will be looking for more senior type of jobs ususally occupied by by people within the same age group.

On the otherhand, making through a filter system which enforces age limits is prety hard. I suggest that work on building your networks in the cyberspace which is geeting more use in the selection process nowadays. One other thing you can do is to continue working on developing your self and aquiring frmal qualifications to support your profrssionalizm. Good luck
