Inclusive education is a relatively new discourse when compared to special education.  It must be noted that there is no exclusive society when we grow older.  Adult society comprises all difference and if schooling can create those conditions under and inclusive system society wiill be a much better place.  On the other hand why is it that difference is frowned upon in schools.  When someone learns differently, or learns in a different way, they are referred to other institutions.  In that case should the system alienate other forms of difference such as people who are jealous, egoistic, unfriendly, bullies and those who demonstrate infantile behaviour.  We have those people in the adult world who make life difficult for others.  So the issue is celebrate difference in schools so that we develop more tolerant and loving societies.  We live in such a competitive and egoistic world and therefore there are so many poor people and so many people who cannot participate in mainstream economic and social life.  We need to create a better world for all the people of the world.  If we want to do this we need to understand that curriculum change and the ethos of schools must change.  Schools must prepare their staff and learners to embrace difference.  Schools should be welcoming environments.  We live in this world for a very short time all of us although it seems like we occupy this space for a long time.  This world is about4 billion years old with a population that is moving towards7 billion people.  It is a beautiful place with enough resources for everybody.  Simply because we sift people from a very early age we end up with a situation where85 people own more resources than3.5 billion people.  There is no doubt that an inclusive system is essential in an unequal world.  It is not about what can I take out of it but how can I serve and share.  That is an inclusive philopsophy.  It will require a radical rethink on pedagogy and how teachers are trained since the theory, assumptions, model and practices of inclusive education is different.  It should begin in every teacher training course as a core curriculum

Certainement , car l'enseignement superficiel par exemple " forme" une societé superficielle...etc, On récolte ce qu'on seme !Certainly, as the superficial education eg "form" a superficial society ... etc. You reap what you sowed!
