Do think Bayt.com is a good site for job seekers, or it is a waste of time?

Hi Mohammad, I am glad you asked this question as I get this asked a lot when I meet people :) My answer to you is yes, it does work.
And this is not because I work here, its because I have seen and experienced Bayt.com first-hand both as a jobseeker and as someone who uses it to help other job seekers.
However just like any other system of job search, the effectiveness depends a lot on how proactive you are.
Remember finding a job is your objective, Bayt.com is just a tool to help you get closer to it.
That being said, here are some tips I would recommend to get noticed: - Use keywords on your CV - Keywords related to your job, industry are used by employers to find CVs.
- Refresh your CV- There is a 'refresh last update' button on your Workspace.
This will make your CV appear on top of search lists.
- Apply to relevant jobs.
If you apply to jobs at random thinking your CV will get notices, it will not.
- Get noticed by answering and asking questions here.
This will help you network, and find people who are related to your industry, or even employers.

I got few calls and emails for job offer in the past couple of weeks, and all of them got my details from Bayt.com.
I guess it would be unfair after all to say myself it's wasted time :)

well i never got any call from bayt.com neither any of my friends got any call for an interview so its waste of time

YES..... ITS GOOD PORTAL FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS TO LEARN AND GROW .

I think till now I didn't receive any or even know any one hired through Bayt site , But we must all admit by one thing which every one here getting learned day after or even second after second , by reading the answer on any question that may be he / she was in bad need to know the answer of it or even was shy of asking that question , that's why I ask every one not to answer any question unless he / she know the answer or at least have a little knowledge about the core of the question and answer as well, Wish you all the best in your whole life.

I am also getting positive response from the employers and its all due to www.bayt.com
