Well if you want professional graphical presentation then you're better off purchasing a couple from the online market place. Here: http://audiojungle.net/user/StudioPigeon/portfolio?ref=StudioPigeon

Go to graphic river and purchase yourself some nice presentations and have them to go. That's what I've done.

Tips:

-Keep in short. To the point. You don't want your crowd to yawm.

-Add a bit of humor to keep everyones interest.

-Body language is the key to getting your point across to the audience.

-DO NOT add too much information on the slides. Keep it clean and to the point.

-Make sure you base your presenatation on quick facts too.

-Interest the audience by making eye contact with everyone.

-Use your vocals to emphasize on important words.

-Don't decorate your presentation like it's your bride or something. Minimal is the trend in business.

-Be confident. Meditate.

And Goodluck!

Presentation should not contain text only, this might make the audience get board. Moreover, graphics, charts, small video and comparison table make presentation more attractable and easier to understand. Also reading directly from slides make the session even worse. You need to say something which are not in slides by giving more details and examples to clarify your point. Also eye contact and little move will attract your audience and make your session admirable from everyone.
