I faced this issue Mohammad then when i saw there is no progress I changed to new specialities and there i grew faster but if you are already near silver rank you cant do it. So you have be innovative and keep asking questions and add those specialities in it. Bayt may edit it later on but you have earn some points to bring it up I am trying it and it worked80% so far.
